Bro. Dylan Bess
Initiate Fall of 2000 into the Zeta Zeta chapter at the University of South Carolina. I have served Omega at the international level for over 20 years, including as an undergraduate member of the Achievement Week Committee, Undergraduate Representative to the Supreme Council, and as the Fraternity’s 38th Second Vice Grand Basileus. Most recently, I have served as the International Recommendations Committee Chairman for 18 years, and has served as a Deputy Grand Counselor alongside Brothers Benjamin Crump and Clement Osimetha.

The Family
Brother Bess and his lovely wife, Nikki, a Charleston, South Carolina native, are the proud parents of Zoe and Ivy, and they reside just outside of Atlanta in East Cobb, Georgia.
Brother Bess is the son of Sherry Bess and Brother Clyde Bess, 5-68-Lambda Sigma, and the younger brother of Brother Corey Bess, 1-93-Lambda Sigma. He is a native of Coward, South Carolina and attended the same school as Brother Ronald E. McNair in Lake City, South Carolina which is now named in his honor.
Professionally
I'm a equity partner with Morgan & Morgan, the nation’s largest personal injury law firm, where he specializes in employment-related injuries and deaths in South Carolina and Georgia.
Brother Bess has served on several non-profit boards, including Georgia Legal Foundation, where he works with other lawyers to advocate for the rights of injured workers in Georgia’s appellate courts, and Zeta Zeta College Endowment Foundation which is responsible for funding the first endowed scholarship established by a Divine Nine organization at the University of South Carolina.
Education
I completed the majority of my undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina before earning my bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management at Claflin University and both my Juris Doctor and Master of Taxation degrees at Georgia State University.
